Extremely Helpful, and Honest! My Asus ROG gaming laptop was running very slow. Sheldon diagnosed it remotely, and we figured out that the HDD running at full capacity. He swapped it for a SSD in about a day, was able to create a backup of my system, and i had my laptop back with the issue resolved completely.
